WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

Start earning rewards with each booking!

Bedsonline+ Rewards offers points per currency spent which can be redeemed for various rewards, including:

• Gift cards from leading providers such as Tangocard and others, giving you access to hundreds of global brands and products.

The rewards received will increase as you progress through the tier system, earning you more points per booking, greater rewards to redeem and additional rewards for your booking success!

Plus, ongoing (and exclusive) Rewards campaigns will mean there are additional opportunities to earn points and redeem those rewards.

A MULTI-TIER REWARDS STRUCTURE

You may be thinking, ‘that’s great, but how does it work?’

Our travel advisor rewards program will have a multi-tier structure, where each tier will offer unique rewards.

Tier status will be decided and awarded based on booking performance and the number of points you collect within the last 12 months. Your tier status is reviewed annually depending on when you join the program.

So, the more you book, the more you earn.

What’s more, all first-time enrollers will receive 2000 welcome points!

Each point will be earned via currency spent – that’s 10, 12, 14 or 16 points per every 10 USD/CAD depending on your tier status, on bookings for accommodation, experiences or other in-destination activities, transfers and car hire.

Note: Your Rewards points are allotted based on the Net Booking value, not on Gross Booking value, and bookings made via API will not be considered eligible for this program. In the case of any booking modifications, the points alloted will be recalculated based on the campaigns in effect at the time of modification. If the booking is cancelled, your points will be lost; except for any granted as a result of cancellation charges.

What are the Tiers?

• Bronze – Earn 10 points per 10 USD/CAD spent. All advisors enrolling will start at this level, and your status on this tier won’t expire. Earn up to 99,999 points on this tier.
• Silver – Earn 12 points per 10 USD/CAD spent. Progress to this tier by earning 100,000 points over 12 months.
• Gold – Earn 14 points per 10 USD/CAD spent. Progress to this tier by earning 300,000 points over 12 months.
• Diamond – Our highest level! Earn 16 points per 10 USD/CAD spent. Progress to this tier by collecting 800,000 points over12 months. Plus, if you maintain your Diamond status for 5 years, you’re awarded Diamond status for life!

This tiered structure also means that you can progress through the different levels based on activity - so the more bookings you make and complete on an ongoing basis, the more rewards you’ll earn!

It’s possible to downgrade to a lower tier if you do not earn the necessary number of points for your current tier. For example, if you don’t earn 300,000 points needed to maintain your Gold tier status within 12 months, when the annual evaluation takes place, you will be downgraded to Silver tier status.

This evaluation will occur annually, depending on when you join the program.

A SEAMLESS ENROLLMENT PROCESS

We’ve made it super simple to enroll in our rewards program – it's integrated into our Booking Engine! To get you earning those rewards faster.

You will be able to access the rewards program dashboard through the ‘Rewards’ dashboard visible on the main header of our Booking Engine and can log in using Single Sign-On (SSO) for ease. This means you can easily log in to the Bedsonline+ Booking Engine and immediately access your Bedsonline+ Rewards dashboard, and Insights, all without having to enter your credentials multiple times.

Enrolling from the Bedsonline+ Booking Engine:

From the ‘Rewards’ dashboard, advisors who are yet to enroll can use the ‘Join Now’ button options to become a member (and get those handy 2000 welcome points!)

Note: before joining, you’ll be asked to complete an opt-in requirement, by agreeing to the rewards program terms and conditions. This will be followed up by an automated email to let you know you’ve successfully joined.

If you wish to opt-out, you can do this any time, but should you rejoin, you won’t be eligible for the 2000 welcome points again. Additionally, should you decide to opt out, any accumulated rewards points will be removed from your account.

THE REWARDS PROGRAM DASHBOARD

For day-to-day ease, our rewards program will be easily accessible via the 'Rewards’ dashboard in the Booking Engine, where you will be able to see your:

• Total Points – the total number of points earned in the active 12 month period.
• Available points – the total number of points that are available and ready to be redeemed.
• Tier status – your current tier.
• The next tier you can progress to – for example, your dashboard will say ‘Progress to Gold Tier’ if you have earned enough points for this tier’s threshold.
• Available Rewards - You can exchange your points for hundreds of gift cards from leading providers such as Tangocard and others
• Points to redeem – the number of points required to redeem each reward/benefit.

• Points earned per booking – reward points will be visible at the time of booking underneath the total price, as well as an integrated notice once bookings have been completed.
• A Points Summary section – included in your ‘Rewards’ dashboard, this table gives you a comprehensive overview of your reward points: earned per booking, available points, upcoming points on pending bookings, and points which are expiring soon (within 12 months).
