We thought we’d offer more information about its structure, how to enroll, how to redeem your hard-earned points and the benefits of doing so.

Start earning rewards with each booking!
Bedsonline Rewards offers points per currency spent which can be redeemed for various rewards, including:
The rewards received will increase as you progress through the tier system, earning you more points per booking, greater rewards to redeem and additional rewards for your booking success!
Plus, ongoing (and exclusive) Rewards campaigns will mean there are additional opportunities to earn points and redeem those rewards.
You may be thinking, ‘that’s great, but how does it work?’
Our travel advisor rewards program will have a multi-tier structure, where each tier will offer unique rewards.
Tier status will be decided and awarded based on booking performance and the number of points you collect within the last 12 months. Your tier status is reviewed annually depending on when you join the program.
So, the more you book, the more you earn.
What’s more, all first-time enrollers will receive 2000 welcome points!
Each point will be earned via currency spent – that’s 10, 12, 14 or 16 points per every 10 USD/CAD depending on your tier status, on bookings for accommodation, experiences or other in-destination activities, transfers and car hire.
Note: Your Rewards points are allotted based on the Net Booking value, not on Gross Booking value, and bookings made via API will not be considered eligible for this program. In the case of any booking modifications, the points alloted will be recalculated based on the campaigns in effect at the time of modification. If the booking is cancelled, your points will be lost; except for any granted as a result of cancellation charges.
This tiered structure also means that you can progress through the different levels based on activity - so the more bookings you make and complete on an ongoing basis, the more rewards you’ll earn!
It’s possible to downgrade to a lower tier if you do not earn the necessary number of points for your current tier. For example, if you don’t earn 300,000 points needed to maintain your Gold tier status within 12 months, when the annual evaluation takes place, you will be downgraded to Silver tier status.
This evaluation will occur annually, depending on when you join the program.

We’ve made it super simple to enroll in our rewards program – it's integrated into our Booking Engine! To get you earning those rewards faster.
You will be able to access the rewards program dashboard through the ‘Rewards’ dashboard visible on the main header of our Booking Engine and can log in using Single Sign-On (SSO) for ease. This means you can easily log in to the Bedsonline Booking Engine and immediately access your Bedsonline Rewards dashboard, and Insights, all without having to enter your credentials multiple times.
From the ‘Rewards’ dashboard, advisors who are yet to enroll can use the ‘Join Now’ button options to become a member (and get those handy 2000 welcome points!)
Note: before joining, you’ll be asked to complete an opt-in requirement, by agreeing to the rewards program terms and conditions. This will be followed up by an automated email to let you know you’ve successfully joined.
If you wish to opt-out, you can do this any time, but should you rejoin, you won’t be eligible for the 2000 welcome points again. Additionally, should you decide to opt out, any accumulated rewards points will be removed from your account.
For day-to-day ease, our rewards program will be easily accessible via the 'Rewards’ dashboard in the Booking Engine, where you will be able to see your:

When making bookings, the rewards program will also be seamlessly integrated, with several reminders available during the booking process including:
Booking selected hotels, in-destination experiences such as theme park bookings and Mobility solutions, including transfers and car hire, will earn you additional points during a time-limited booking period!
These rewards campaigns are exclusively for advisors who have enrolled in the Bedsonline Rewards program, offering unique chances to earn even more points by booking hotels that are participating in these campaigns.

Whether you want to treat yourself and use your points against a personal vacation booked in your advisor portal or exchange your points for vouchers for those everyday luxuries, however you spend your points is up to you.
Redeem your points:
Options to redeem your points via the method of your choosing will be available on the ‘Rewards’ dashboard in the Booking Engine!
Simply select the voucher amount for either your personal vacation or Tango gift card, and you’ll be able to redeem your points and receive your voucher in just a few clicks.
So, how many points do you need before you can start redeeming your rewards?
Here are some helpful pointers on how your points are ‘translated’ into redeemable vouchers:

From the Booking Engine: Once you’ve selected the voucher value you want, accept and proceed to successfully redeem your voucher. You’ll receive a unique link via your registered email address, which can be used to redeem your voucher.
Your email will include your Tango global choice link and your voucher code. Using this Tango global choice link allows you to select the voucher you wish to redeem!
There’s no need to go to the Tango.com website or app – the redemption process can be completed via our Booking Engine and the email you receive to your registered email address.
Not only this, but the Tango global choice link is unique every time, which makes the redemption process streamlined and confusion-free.
Step 1: Choosing your voucher value
On the Bedsonline Rewards dashboard, accessible via the Booking Engine, registered partners will be able to easily redeem points against personal holidays when booked via the Bedsonline Agent Offer portal.
Use the ‘Redeem’ button within the ‘Vacation Discounts’ section and choose the value of the vouchers you’d like to receive, starting from values of 25, 50, 75, and 150 USD/CAD.
Based on your selection, you’ll receive this voucher by email.
Step 2: Redeeming your voucher
Logged into the Bedsonline Booking Engine, access your ‘Account’ section, and navigate to ‘Agent Offer’.
From here, you will be directed to an internal portal where you can use your voucher code during the checkout process, to redeem this value against your personal vacation bookings with Bedsonline!
It’s as simple as that.
