Bedsonline Rewards is a rewards program exclusive to Bedsonline partners. Registered agents can earn points by booking via Bedsonline.
These points can be redeemed for discount vouchers to be used for personal vacations booked via the Agent Offer portal or redeemed as Tango gift cards. It’s important to note that if you cancel a reservation, no points will be earned, and no monies will be reimbursed.
The rewards program is for specifically designed to reward our registered agents on an individual basis. Agents will have to be employed by or contracted as an agent with an agency that has a commercial agreement with Bedsonline.
This rewards program is integrated with our Bedsonline Booking Engine, which means easy access any time you want to enroll, check your reward points, and redeem your rewards from the ‘Rewards’ dashboard.
Integration with our Booking Engine also means that registered agents can access the Bedsonline Rewards dashboard via Single Sign On (SSO) for ease. This means you can easily log in to the Bedsonline Booking Engine and immediately access your Bedsonline Rewards dashboard, and Insights, all without having to enter your credentials multiple times.
Simply log in, and head to the ‘Rewards’ dashboard in the Booking Engine.
Pre-enrollment, there will also be chances to join Bedsonline Rewards offered during the booking process, including on the main homepage of the Booking Engine, and after completing a booking, to make sure that you never miss an opportunity to join this program!
Agents can earn points for spending on accommodation, experiences, transfers and car hire made only by website (www.bedsonline.com), that have been paid for and consumed by end-consumers. Bookings made by API will not be considered for this program.
Newly enrolled agents will also receive 2000 welcome points! This is a one-time bonus and will not be delivered to agents who opt-out then rejoin the program.
Please note, your Rewards points are allotted based on the Net Booking value, not on Gross Booking value.
Points will only be earned once the booking or the travel product is paid for and used by the final consumer.
Our tier-based structure offers four unique reward status levels. Agents can progress through these different tiers based on their booking activity.
These tiers are:
- Bronze – Earn 10 points per 10 USD/CAD spent. All agents enrolling will start at this level, and your status on this tier won’t expire. Earn up to 99,999 points on this tier.
- Silver – Earn 12 points per 10 USD/CAD spent. Progress to this tier by earning 100,000 points over 12 months.
- Gold – Earn 14 points per 10 USD/CAD spent, alongside two 10% discount vouchers for use on personal vacations booked via the Bedsonline Agent Offer portal. Progress to this tier by earning 300,000 points over 12 months.
- Diamond – Our highest level! Earn 16 points per 10 USD/CAD spent, and four 10% discount vouchers for use on personal vacations booked via the Bedsonline Agent Offer portal. Progress to this tier by collecting 800,000 points over 12 months. Plus, if you maintain your Diamond status for 5 years, you’re awarded Diamond status for life!
Your Bedsonline Rewards tier status is calculated based on the number of points earned over 12 months and is reviewed annually.
The higher the tier, the more points received per booking! Plus, higher tiers offer additional rewards, including extra vouchers to be used against personal vacations booked via Bedsonline Agent Offer portal.
- Bronze – Earn 10 points per 10 USD/CAD spent. All agents enrolling will start at this level, and there’s no tier expiry.
- Silver – Earn 12 points per 10 USD/CAD spent.

Bedsonline Rewards works on a points per currency spent basis, which means that for every 10 USD/CAD you spend, you will receive either 10, 12, 14 or 16 points depending on your tier status.
These points can be exchanged for:
- Vouchers to use for personal vacations booked via the Bedsonline Agent Offer portal.
- Vouchers to use against Tango gift cards – to save on thousands of brands and products!
Plus, the higher reward tiers offer unique rewards:
- Gold tier holders – can earn two vouchers of 10% discount for use against personal vacations booked via the Bedsonline Agent Offer Portal.
- Diamond tier holders – can earn four vouchers of 10% discount for use against personal vacations booked via the Bedsonline Agent Offer Portal.
Redeeming Tango gift card vouchers
From the Booking Engine: Once you’ve selected the voucher value you want, accept and proceed to successfully redeem your voucher. You’ll receive a unique link via your registered email address, which can be used to redeem your voucher.
Your email will include your Tango global choice link and your voucher code. Using this Tango global choice link allows you to select the voucher you wish to redeem! There’s no need to go to the Tango.com website or app – the redemption process can be completed via our Booking Engine and the email you receive to your registered email address.
Not only this, but the Tango global choice link is unique every time, which makes the redemption process streamlined and confusion-free.
- Choose to redeem your points against Tango gift cards in the Booking Engine.
- Click the Tango global choice link included in the email sent to your registered email address.
- Choose a country and currency (Tango automatically converts any funds into your chosen currency with real-time exchange rates).
- Select the rewards you wish to redeem and check out! The rewards will be delivered instantly via email.
Redeeming points for personal vacations with Bedsonline
Step 1: Choosing your voucher value
On the Bedsonline Rewards dashboard, accessible via the Booking Engine, registered partners will be able to easily redeem points against personal vacations when booked via the Bedsonline Agent Offer portal.
Use the ‘Redeem’ button within the ‘Vacation Discounts’ section and choose the value of the vouchers you’d like to receive, starting from values of 25, 50, 75, up to 150 USD/CAD.
Based on your selection, you’ll receive this voucher by email.
Step 2: Redeeming your voucher
Logged into the Bedsonline Booking Engine, access your ‘Account’ section, and navigate to ‘Agent Offer’.
From here, you will be directed to an internal portal where you can use your voucher code during the checkout process, to redeem this value against your personal vacation bookings with Bedsonline!
It’s as simple as that.
Points cannot be redeemed for cash. They can only be used to redeem rewards such as booking personal vacations using the Bedsonline Agent Offer portal and Tango gift cards.
No, points are non-transferable and are tied to the account that earned them.
In the ‘Rewards’ section of the Booking Engine, your Bedsonline Rewards dashboard offers all the information you need about your tier status, accrued points, and more.
- Total points – the total number of reward points earned within the active 12 month period.
- Available points – the total number of points that are available and ready to be redeemed.
- Tier status – your current tier.
- The next tier you can progress to – for example, your dashboard will say ‘Progress to Gold Tier’ if you have earned enough points for this tier’s threshold.
- Available Rewards – the different rewards you can exchange your points for.
- Points to redeem – the number of points required to redeem each reward/benefit.
In your ‘Points Summary’, accessible via the ‘Rewards’ dashboard in the Booking Engine, you will be able to see a comprehensive overview of your Bedsonline Rewards points, including:
- Total points – the total number of reward points you have earned within the active 12 month period.
- Available points – the total number of points you can redeem at that time.
- Upcoming points – points that will be added to your account after check-out has been completed.
- Expiring points – once upcoming points become available, they’re valid for 12 months before they expire.
- A list of bookings and the points earned per transaction.
Please note: it may take up to one hour for your points to be fully updated or reflected in your Point Summary table.
Points will be valid for a 12 months period once they are considered as Available Points.
Yes, it is possible to downgrade to a lower tier if the necessary number of points for your current tier are not maintained. This evaluation will occur annually, depending on when you joined the program.
Should you redeem your points and go ‘below’ the necessary threshold for your current tier, you will not be downgraded.
Your tier status is not impacted/altered when you redeem your points, but you may be at risk of being downgraded should you not earn the necessary number of points required for your current tier, i.e. if you don’t earn 300,000 points to maintain your Gold status within 12 months, when the annual evaluation takes place you will be downgraded to Silver status.
To maintain your tier and its associated benefits, we recommend making regular bookings via the Bedsonline Booking Engine.
In addition to receiving points which can be redeemed against personal vacations booked via the Bedsonline Agent Offer portal, and gift vouchers, you can also take advantage of exclusive Bedsonline Rewards campaigns!
Booking selected hotels, in-destination experiences such as theme park bookings and Mobility solutions, including transfers and car hire, will earn you additional points during a time-limited booking period.
These campaigns will offer additional opportunities to earn points and redeem rewards on specific travel products offered within our Bedsonline portfolio.
You’ll be notified of any new exclusive campaigns via email and web notifications!
Details about additional points for each campaign will be visible when you access the ‘Manage Your Bookings’ section in the Booking Engine.
Plus, Bedsonline Rewards campaigns will be shown in the ‘Rewards’ section of the Booking Engine.
If you modify a booking made during any of our exclusive Bedsonline Rewards campaigns where your points are multiplied – for example, by x2 or by x4 – your points may be impacted.
Adding extra room nights:
If you modify your booking to add extra room nights, or extend the duration of the stay, after the Rewards campaign has ended, you will receive your standard allocation of points according to your tier.
For example: if you confirm a booking on our Black Friday campaign, which is active from November 20th – December 3rd , you would receive x2 points for these bookings.
If on December 5th, after the campaign has ended, you modify this booking to add extra rooms for your clients, this booking will revert to a regular booking as there would not be any Rewards exclusive campaigns at this time.
This means the number of points you would receive from this booking will return to your standard allocation, not the x2 points for the transaction made during the active campaign dates.
We would be sad to see you go! But yes, all agents are able to opt out of the Bedsonline Rewards program at any time. You can opt out using the option available in the ‘Rewards’ dashboard in the Booking Engine.
Should you decide to opt out, any accumulated rewards points will be removed from your account.
You may rejoin Bedsonline Rewards at any time, however you will not receive the 2000 welcome point bonus again. Any points you previously earned will also not be reinstated.
During enrollment, every agent must complete the opt-in requirement, which involves agreeing to the Bedsonline Rewards Terms & Conditions.
These are presented to each agent upon first login to the Bedsonline Booking Engine after joining the Bedsonline Rewards program. Once you have accepted, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.
