• Free cancellation charges.

Improved User Interface for Better Usability

Our travel booking engine has also undergone a visual upgrade, with product boxes, including stays, transfers and mobility and experiences, now centred on the display.

Streamlined Access to Hotel Catalogue

The hotel catalogue link has been integrated directly within the calendar view.

‘Top Hotels’ are now ‘Most Popular’

The platform’s ‘Top Hotels’ category has been renamed ‘Most Popular’, to better reflect the properties in high demand.

• ‘Most Popular’ hotels are based on sales production, meaning they represent our Top Sellers.
• Previously, ‘Top Hotels’ combined top sellers + SPA hotels. Now, our SPA hotels are listed under ‘Preferred’, while top producers appear under ‘Most Popular’.

These top-selling hotels are ranked by sales production, providing agents with data-driven insight into the most in-demand properties.

In line with this change, our Strategic Partner Agreement (SPA) hotels will now show as ‘Preferred’ in the list view. You can also find these hotels using the ‘Preferred’ filter in the side menu.

This filter still provides seamless access to our specially curated collection of hotels with guaranteed rates, allowing you to easily navigate to hotel offerings that are likely to give you a competitive edge.

Data expansion is also currently in progress for our ‘Most Popular’ hotels to enable broader coverage, to help you meet continually evolving and diverse client needs.
