To be a registered user, fill in the form under 'Register'.
Email channel
You will receive invoices in pdf format. via email.
Standard integration
You will receive a file in the desired format with the fields they want. Along with the file they may also request to receive invoices in Pdf format.
Access to virtual archive
You will be able to access directly with a username and password that you previously configured to check all invoices issued by Bedsonline for a period of 10 years.
How do I sign-up for e-billing?
In the 'Register' section by filling in the appropriate form.
What is the procedure for sending invoices?
An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail account containing an Internet link to access the download area. This e-mail link will expire after a month.
Is there any cost to this service?
No. This service is free.
What are the available download formats?
Invoices can be downloaded in XML, XLS (Excel), ZIP (PDF), or in a personalized format (Own Format in .csv, .txt o .xls).
Is it possible to download invoices directly from the webpage?
It is only possible to download invoices through the e-mail link.
Is the e-bill a legal invoice?
As regards taxation, the e-bill is as legal as the standard bill.
Is it necessary to print the whole invoice?
No. You have the option to print just the first page, which is the one that comprises the invoice itself.
Can I view all of my invoices?
Yes. You can view all of your invoices issued from the date you become a registered user.
Is it necessary to print the e-bills, or save them in files or any other file system?
It is not necessary as the system functions as a billing history, where you can view or print your invoices at any time.
What am I supposed to do if my access gets blocked or if I forget my password?
You should send us an email to ebilling@bedsonline.com and we will contact you as soon as possible.
