✈️ Send a quote
With our Booking Engine you can easily create quotes and send them to your clients! When your clients are ready to book, you can simply retrieve the quote from your ‘Quotes’ section in our Booking Engine, and proceed with the booking.

✈️ Save time making a booking and create a Favorites List
With our ‘Favorite’ function, you can get quick and easy access to your most-booked hotels! Simply click the ‘heart’ icon next to the hotel listing of your choice, and it will be automatically added to your list of favorites.
From here, you can also compare accommodation options to easily create your clients’ perfect trip.

✈️ Passenger details: Agency reference
The Agency Reference field is a mandatory field, but it’s there for you to keep track of your different clients. We could add the passenger names, or perhaps the event – “Jones anniversary trip”, “Fernandez Wedding”. This field is required to be filled in and cannot be left empty. You can search for bookings using this field after the booking has been completed. Please note that whatever you enter in this field will be shown on the client’s booking documentation, as well as the receipt and invoice.
✈️ Adding users/Logging in
We encourage every advisor in the agency to have a personal log-in for Bedsonline. New users can be added directly on the website by a manager set-up under an Admin profile, or they are welcome to register on the website.
