Over the past few months, we have released many initiatives including a dedicated COVID-19 page informing you of destination updates and how to handle booking changes, a WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger service to stay connected with you, and The Compass – intelligence to help you get back on track with travel recovery. We also know that the safety and well-being of your customers is of utmost importance, hence we created Safe2Stay: a label for you to easily identify each services’ prevention measures and official certifications to fight against COVID-19.
Not forgetting, the continued support from our Key Account Managers who have worked hard to provide a smooth experience to all agents.
