Introducing the New Itinerary View
The new ‘Itinerary View’ offers a clearer, more intuitive way to review and communicate multi-service bookings, helping you and your clients understand their arrangements at a glance.
Clear Day-by-Day View: Organises the booking as a structured schedule, making confirmed services each day easy to see and communicate.
Direct Access to Service Details & Vouchers: For each service direct from the itinerary, saving time and streamlining your workflow.
Easy Voucher Downloads: Download all or individual vouchers, to provide efficiently provide clients with all necessary documents.
Quickly Share Itineraries with Clients: Easily share the full itinerary with travellers, giving them a comprehensive overview of their trip and all included services.
This update supports your daily operations, helping agents provide a more professional and streamlined service.

How to Effectively Manage Multi-Service Bookings
Looking ahead, we’re finalising new major functionalities: a new confirmation flow, and offering agents the ability to search for alternatives from the confirmation page.
These booking infrastructure changes are part of our ongoing work to significantly improve how agents can navigate multiservice bookings from within our travel booking site.
Transparent Booking Confirmation
After clicking ‘Confirm’ on the booking, a confirmation modal will show a real-time progress bar and status indicators for each service. Confirmed and failed services are clearly marked, providing transparency and reducing manual follow-up.
Automatic Retries for Failed Services
If a service fails initially, the booking system will automatically attempt a retry, increasing the chances of success without requiring manual intervention.
Clear Post-Confirmation Communication
The system provides a detailed summary with confirmed and failed services after booking confirmation along with actionable options. This way, agents have the tools to quickly offer alternatives.
Offering Alternatives to Maximise Sales
For services that cannot be confirmed, a dedicated ‘Search for alternatives’ button allows agents to find suitable alternatives directly from the confirmation page.
Reduced Manual Effort and Time
These improvements mean fewer booking errors, less frustration, and more recovered sales – an important step in strengthening your confidence in managing complex bookings.
Please note: in the first phase, the new confirmation process will only apply to the Credit booking flow. The Web Prepay flow (Book Now, Pay Later / Pay Now) will be included in a future iteration.

Sell Hotels More Effectively with Room Mapping Improvements
Among the updates, one critical enhancement stands out: the Room Mapping Improvements.
This upgrade allows agents to create a trustworthy view of a hotel's real rooms on offer, making mapping more accurate and predictable.
By offering a ‘Real Rooms’ database per hotel, built with AI, hotel rooms will be defined by structured attributes which will help to:
Reduce room type duplication per hotel.
Avoid inconsistent room names depending on the source.
Provide more clarity of inventory – making rooms easier to sell.
This feature is set to deliver a much higher level of accuracy, clarity, and ease of use when selecting and managing rooms, making your booking process more precise and less prone to errors.
Hassle-Free Travel Experiences: Online Check-In
When booking hotels using our online travel booking platform, select hotels will now provide the final traveller the option to check in online before their arrival.
What is the added value of this online check-in aggregator?
Digital check-in management: improving operational efficiency.
Queue-free experiences.
Booking data integration: enabling a more frictionless experience for guests.
This will be shown as a QR code on the booking voucher, which, thanks to the improved confirmation flow and ‘itinerary view’ can be accessed and downloaded easily. To access to this voucher, simply click the ‘Documents’ option on a confirmed booking and select the ‘voucher’ option on the pop-up screen.
Enabling travellers to check in online reduces the manual processes required of both travel agents and hotel staff and saves time for travellers upon arrival.
